Shipping Protection
We offer Shipping Protection to cover lost, stolen, or damaged items under the following conditions:
- Lost Packages
- Package status shows undelivered or alert, with no updates for 20 days for international shipments.
- Partial Delivery
- If only part of a multi-item order arrives, or one package of a multi-package order is missing.
- Delivered but Lost
- If marked “delivered” but not received, contact us within 48 hours.
- Wrong Address
- If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to an error not caused by the customer.
- Damaged Goods
- Items damaged on arrival (e.g., broken, shattered, bent) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Delivery Methods
We offer various shipping options, including registered airmail, express delivery, and UPS. The most suitable method will be displayed during checkout.
Order Timelines:
- In-stock items: Shipped within 72 hours, with delivery in 10-18 working days.
- Pre-orders/Back-orders: Require 10-30 working days before shipping.
- Customized products: Delivery timelines will be communicated via email.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee for unopened and unused products.
Return Conditions
- Unopened and Unused Items
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
Warranty Exceptions
- Items damaged due to improper use or human error are not covered.
Return Process

- The product code(s) for return.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
- Provide clear photos or videos showcasing the issue if requested. Do not dispose of items until the return process is finalized.
